We offer 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may send unopened, sealed products back to us with in 30 days of your order and receive a full refund minus shipping charges. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for more details.
Returns will be processed and credited to your account with 3-5 business days from the date we received your package.
If your order was damaged during shipment, or if you received the incorrect item in your order, please do not open the items and contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the carrier for a damaged shipment. Please include your order number, daytime phone number, and the nature of the damages. You have the option of either receiving a replacement or a full refund once the claims process is complete. We will not be responsible for the products that been seized by your country Customs or damaged by the heat.
Orders already shipped out cannot be canceled in mid-transit. We cannot recall items already shipped out of our warehouse. All orders that are undeliverable/returned (due to bad address or no one to receive the package) will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee.
